Programme Management is the effective management of that programme and provides the Client with a menu of professional services which integrates all required project activities into a comprehensive process of project definition and implementation and functions. DESCRIPTION :
The new office fit-out of MasterCard’s 6,000m² floor area on multiple levels. The building was fitted out in 2 phases, phase 1 was level 1-3 and phase 2 was ground floor, reception and the MasterCard Experience Centre.
